Inspired HR Sponsors The Get Known Summit…
This month we were incredibly proud to sponsor The Get Known Summit hosted by the fantastic team at Moja.
The event brought together ambitious business owners and professionals from across the region for a brilliant day of networking, learning and inspiration.
At Inspired HR, we're passionate about supporting people and businesses to grow, so it was fantastic to be involved in an event focused on helping individuals raise their profile, build confidence and become known for what they do best.
A huge thank you to Sophie Milliken and the entire Moja team for organising such an inspiring event. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and making some great new connections throughout the day! A special shout out to Style Code founder Helenlee Wilkinson, multi-award winning IFA & coach Rachael Hall and CEO of Rise the fantastic Clare Morley who are pictured above with Nikki and Ewan. It was wonderful to spend time with them and hear more about the exciting things happening within their businesses.
Nikki has also been busy sharing insight across a number of podcasts, covering some of the biggest topics in HR right now. She recently joined Richard Reed Solicitors on their Legally Sound podcast, alongside Kat Moody and host Sarah Reid, to break down the Employment Rights Act 2025.
In this episode, they talk through what’s changing, when it’s happening and what employers should be doing now to stay compliant, manage costs and reduce risk. Topics include national minimum wage increases, changes to SSP, new day one rights for family leave, the Fair Work Agency and what employers need to be doing now to prepare.
Nikki also joined Jannine Perryman on the ADHD Wise Podcast for a practical and honest conversation about ADHD, neurodiversity and the realities of the workplace.
Together, they explore everything from disclosure and reasonable adjustments through to recruitment, performance, hybrid working and what happens when employers get it right and when they don’t. A great listen for anyone navigating neurodiversity at work or looking to better support their team.

Business Resilience in Challenging Markets...
Margins are shrinking. Costs are rising. Teams are stretched. Cashflow is under pressure. Many business owners are working harder than ever but still feel stuck in reactive mode, constantly firefighting instead of moving forward.
This is not another networking event filled with vague motivation and recycled business clichés. This is a hard-hitting, commercially focused business seminar and workshop built for ambitious SME owners and directors who want real strategies, honest conversations and practical actions that create results.
Hosted by Advice4Business North East, this powerful session is designed to challenge the way you currently operate, refocus your priorities and help you take back control of your business, your time and your profitability.
