Employment Rights Bill...
The Employment Rights Bill has hit another bump! The House of Lords has stuck with several changes that the Commons had already rejected, which means the Bill is heading back once again.
This back-and-forth, known as ‘parliamentary ping-pong’, will continue until both sides agree on the final version. The Commons must now decide whether to accept the Lords’ changes or propose a new version the Lords can approve.
We’ll keep a close eye on developments and share what this means for employers once the outcome is confirmed.

Our Founder and CEO, Nikki Masterman, has been recognised with a Silver Award for Best Businesswoman in Business Services at the 2025 Best Business Women Awards. What We've Been Up To...
The Inspired HR team have had a busy few weeks! We hosted our final Prepare To Be Inspired of 2025. The speakers did an incredible job and the feedback has been amazing. We also exhibited at Jess William's SME Conference and attended the annual TedX event. We're now in the midst of pre Christmas events so we show no sign of slowing down!
